Terms of use for CliniFeed

CliniFeed is a clinical decision-support tool for registered healthcare professionals. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service operator
CliniFeed is operated by Kemp Projects Pty (Ltd), registration number: 2026 / 062794 / 07.
2. Professional use only
You confirm that you are a healthcare professional registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or another applicable regulatory body and are authorized to use this tool in the course of professional practice.
3. No medical advice or clinical guarantee
The service provides information and rankings based on the inputs you provide. It does not provide medical advice, guarantees, or clinical recommendations. All decisions must be made by a qualified healthcare professional using independent clinical judgment.
4. Product accuracy and verification
While every reasonable effort is made to keep product information accurate and up to date, data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must verify all product details against the latest manufacturer information before clinical use.
5. Patient safety and responsibility
You remain fully responsible for assessing each patient's clinical context, contraindications, allergies, and suitability of any product or plan. The service is not intended for emergency or acute care decisions.
6. Consent and data protection
You confirm that you have obtained all necessary patient consent and authority required under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) before entering any patient-related data. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with POPIA and any other applicable privacy laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliniFeed and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including any reliance on outputs, data, or rankings.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CliniFeed and its operators from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service or failure to comply with these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
